After placing my order, how long does it take to get my order?
All items are print-to-order and can take hours (and sometimes days) to complete. Please allow up to 30 days for processing, or up to 45 days during high volume times like Seminar or Leadership Conference. Most orders ship sooner depending on volume.
What are your business hours?
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Our team responds to emails during business hours in the order they are received. Messages sent after hours or on weekends will be answered the next business day.

What happens if my item is damaged upon delivery?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get pictures of damaged shipping boxes if possible. Pictures and video of defective products are really helpful — we always ask for them, so if you include them in your request we can respond quicker.
What if I did not get my order?
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Humphrey 3D Prints is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to the address entered at checkout, it is considered fulfilled on our end.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or other shipping provider). However, we are committed to helping you if an issue arises.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears to be lost in transit:
- Please contact us at CustomerService@Humphrey3DPrints.com
- Please check with your neighbors as packages can be delivered nearby
- We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf
- We will work directly with you to resolve the issue based on the outcome of the claim
Please note: Claims must be filed within the carrier's required time frame. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation process. At the time of writing, USPS Ground Advantage requires claims between 15 and 60 days of shipment.
