Politique de remboursement

At Humphrey 3D Prints, all items are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders

We print exactly what is submitted at the time of purchase, so please carefully review all order details before completing checkout. We also ask that customers double-check their shipping address to help ensure timely delivery.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately. A notice on the bottom of the packing slip reminds customers to review their order upon receipt.

If there is an issue with your order, replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days will not be considered.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get pictures of damaged shipping boxes if possible. Pictures and video of defective products are really helpful. We always ask for them, so if you include them in your request we can respond quicker.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Humphrey 3D Prints is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is shipped to the address entered at checkout, it is considered fulfilled on our end.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

 

Missing or Undelivered Packages

Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS or other shipping provider). However, we are committed to helping you if an issue arises.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears to be lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at CustomerService@Humphrey3DPrints.com
  • Please check with your neighbors as packages can be delivered nearby
  • We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf
  • We will work directly with you to resolve the issue based on the outcome of the claim

Please note:

Claims must be filed within the carrier’s required timeframe. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation process. At the time of writing, USPS Ground Advantage requires claims between 15 and 60 days of shipment.
